The AI Stock Diagnosis Service provided by this platform (hereinafter, “the Service”) is an automated data analysis tool based on machine learning algorithms. It processes public market data (such as past stock prices, financial statements, and industry data) to generate visual reports and statistical conclusions, but does not include any element of human investment advice.
1.2
The output results of the Service reflect the content that the algorithm has identified in historical data and market patterns, and they shall not constitute, or be understood as:
Explicit operational instructions regarding the buying or selling of securities
Guarantees or forecasts regarding the future performance of specific stocks
Professional investment advice by a regulated financial advisor
2.1 You confirm and agree to the following:
That you understand the risks of stock investment and possess full civil capacity and risk awareness before using the Service.
That all investment decisions based on the output of the Service are made independently at your own responsibility, and you bear all liability.
That you will not use the diagnosis results as a basis for soliciting trades from third parties (e.g., sharing stock recommendations, asset management activities, etc.).
2.2 The following actions are prohibited:
Modification of the algorithm, reverse engineering, or malicious exploitation of vulnerabilities.
Using the diagnosis results for illegal securities trading activities (e.g., market manipulation, insider trading, etc.).
Selectively quoting portions of the conclusions and sharing them on social media or public channels with a guarantee of profit.
3.1 Statement on Algorithm Limitations
The model’s training data may not be the most current (e.g., delayed updates to financial reports). Consequently, real-time market fluctuations may invalidate the conclusions.
Unforeseen events (such as war or natural disasters) may not be taken into account and could affect market reaction.
Output results may vary due to differences in parameter settings.
3.2 Platform Exemption from Liability
This platform shall not be liable for direct or indirect losses caused by the following:
Investment actions based on excessive reliance on the diagnosis results
Errors in data sources from stock exchanges, or interruptions in network transmission
Suspension or termination of the service due to changes in laws and regulations
4.1 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the Service, including all programs, algorithms, interfaces, design, text, and images, belong to this platform or the rightful owner.
Users are prohibited from reproducing, modifying, distributing, selling, or reverse engineering this intellectual property.
4.2 Data Usage
The stock codes entered by the user, operation logs, and usage history may be used in an anonymized and statistical form for the purpose of improving the operation of this Service and enhancing algorithm accuracy.
This platform will handle the user’s personal information appropriately in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Users shall use the data and reports obtained through this Service only in accordance with laws and regulations and these Terms.
5.1 Service Changes
This platform reserves the right to change, add, or delete the functions, content, or terms of use of the Service, with or without prior notice to the user.
Content may be changed due to service improvements, revisions to laws and regulations, or technical requirements.
5.2 Temporary Suspension of Service
This platform may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice in the following cases:
When necessary for system maintenance, inspection, or update
When provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure events such as disaster, power outage, or communication failure
In other circumstances where suspension is unavoidable for operational reasons
5.3 Service Termination
This platform may terminate all or part of the Service by notifying the user with a reasonable advance notice period.
This platform shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of the termination of the Service.
6.1 Governing Law
The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
6.2 Dispute Resolution
Should a dispute arise between the user and this platform in relation to the Service, the parties shall consult in good faith and strive for an amicable resolution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through consultation, the Tokyo District Court or the competent court designated by this platform shall be the court of exclusive agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
